Embark on a journey of the soul with the Chamber Singers as we explore the interplay of darkness and light in our March 2nd concert. From the starlit serenity of Lauridsen's "Sure on this Shining Night" to the dramatic tempest of Haydn's "The Storm," this program traverses a spectrum of human experience, from moments of profound darkness to the emergence of hope, renewal, and light. Immerse yourself in the power of Handel's "Let their celestial concerts all unite" and the evocation of light in "O first created beam" from his oratorio Samson, among other gorgeous choral works from the eighteenth century to the present.
Tickets are $20; full-time students are free.
Season tickets include tickets to all four concerts for $72.
